    "ROE" OF ROE V. WADE HOSTS NEWS CONFERENCE
    TO ANNOUNCE HISTORIC LEGAL EVENT

    WHAT: Norma McCorvey, the former "Roe" of Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court case that legalized abortion, will host a news conference in Dallas on Tuesday to announce an historic action she is taking regarding her 1973 decision. McCorvey will be accompanied by her attorney, Justice Foundation CEO Allan E. Parker.

    WHEN: The news conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday June 17 - exactly 33 years to the day the original Roe v. Wade decision was handed down in Texas.

    WHERE: Ferris Plaza Park on the corner of Houston and Records Streets, near the Dallas Federal Courthouse, where the Roe v. Wade Texas judgment was first entered exactly 33 years ago.

    WHO: Norma McCorvey is formerly Roe of Roe v. Wade, the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court case that legalized abortion.

    Additional
    Details: Several women will also be at the news conference to testify about the physical and psychological injury they suffered because of abortion.

    The Justice Foundation is a 501(c)3 legal organization that promotes limited government, free markets, private property and parental rights.
