Myself, and another Christian friend have begun an effort to shine the light of Christ in a very dark place on the Internet. We have chosen a secular forum and are in the process of gathering together a group of men and women who will register at that forum and begin sharing the gospel with indiviuals there. If you are interested, please PM me or email me. My email is in my profile. Thanks and God Bless

Good luck in your endeavor. Putting the Word before people is what it is all about. One of my Grandsons, about 4 years ago at the age of 20, setup a web site as you plan to do. He has closed it down, to reopen in the future at some date, as other demands were just too great. It is a labor of Love.

I am sure you have been on some of these boards seeing not only other Christians in the denominations wishing to converse, but also many Atheists, Universalist, Muslim, Pantheist, et al. Most of them know what the Bible says, and are masters of twisting and confusing the issue. It is a good place for the Christian to hone their faith, tweaking it to become productive, or even more so.

It will be well worth it, if only one comes into the Light.

I will be happy to participate as a participant. But I see by your Acts1:8 references, it will be as an adversary. Christ is not speaking to me in Acts 1:8.

Amen! But while all scripture is for us, all is not written to us. I believe all of scripture, and all of it is for our learning, but salvation, and our standing, depends on when and how God dispenses His Grace on people, and what is required of the recipient that accepts the gift of salvation. Salvation has always been of faith. Until now the Grace of God carried forth with the people needing to do a work, forcing them into enduring. This made their salvation “conditional”. Today our salvation is “unconditional” as we are Once Saved Always Saved.

Paul says Christ gave him a dispensational gospel-Ephesians 1-5, ”For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, 2. If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: 3. How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4. Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5. Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;” Acts 1:8 is before God dispensed His Grace on us without our having to work for it, viz., “repent and be baptized for the remission of sins”, along with being circumcised.

Christ did it all for us. I believe chapter 4 in Romans points this out. To be saved Noah was saved by Grace, but to be saved He had to build the Ark. He had to work for it. Because Noah worked in his faith 8 souls were saved. Evidently all others living at that time will be at the “great white throne judgment”. They did not believe what God told in the time that they lived. All those under the law, those that made a covenant with God Had to be Circumcised, and keep ordinances, as they agreed to their God to do these things. That is a work. Did God ask us today to make a covenant with Him? God already has a people. We today become the inheritance of the Son of God, Christ Jesus. Today we don’t have to do anything other than believe on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for our complete and immediate eternal salvation. Jesus Christ did it all for us. We just naturally do good works because we are “reborn that way”. >>>This Salvation was not known in the time of Acts 1:8.

I do not refuse the message that Christ gave to the Apostle to the Gentile.

    Christian faith, ituttut
