    About a year ago---I believe---but don't quote me on the exactness of anything--check it out yourselves---

    but

    about a year ago--I had heard that Dr. Rogers had been diagnosed with cancer(I believe Colon) that had at that time mastastazed to other areas of the body. He contracted the pnemonina as complications.

    I hate to bring this news but I just checked the Love Worth Finding Ministries web-site. Things do not sound very good at all.

    We do need to pray for Dr Rodgers and his family at this time. Things seem to be ultra-serious. [​IMG]

    Just heard that according to Jerry Falwell the family of Dr Rodgers has been called in. Dr Rodgers is "gravely ill" with cancer and blood clots in his lungs.

    "Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die" John 11:25-26

    Regardless of the outcome, Dr Rodgers is in the hands of Jesus Christ. His Lord, Savior, and Master.

    I am sorry to hear of Dr. Rogers medical condition. We will pray for him in his hours of need. His messages are always uplifting and helpful.

    As of 8:30pm Sunday his condition appears to be declining, but we urge you to continue praying for him. Just as Dr. Rogers has told us, we trust our great God.
    We will endeavor to update you throughout the weekend as they are available.

    This makes me so sad. :( He's my favorite preacher and I really admire him and have so much respect for him. I'll be praying for him and his family.

    Little has changed in the past 24 hours according to Love Worth Finding Ministries. Dr Rodgers is still in grave condition. Baptist Press has run a story on Dr Rodger's declining health today.
