Good preaching - but...

I have trouble understanding you complaint, but I have seen similar sentiments on other boards. I live in NW Georgia and there are many good radio stations filled with IFB preachers. Many are very good preachers, some are not, but the message is available to any who would like to hear.
TV is another story. There are a few Christian networks if you have cable or a satellite receiver. These networks are predominately charismatic with almost no IFB preachers.

 

I can agree that our message needs to get out more. But you must temper this desire to spread the word with the expectation and preparation for possible future abuse and such problems. As Jesus' word/works spread so did the jealousy and criticism from the "religious" and "political" realms. As you put a true Bible preaching Pastor on the tv or radio be prepared for "unsaved" (whether religous or not) to complain because preaching the truth does cause issues with those who don't want to acknowledge the truth.

That being said I've been in a few churches that have used the "free" community channel that all television/cable companies are required to maintain and this has been a blessing for our shut-ins and even a few unsaved have come to church from wathcing our services. Also, I've been in churches that have used the radio and internet as well for getting the word out. Here in Japan our church has "live internet" feeds for all of our church services. No offense, but I REALLY don't think you understand ecclesiastical separation if you are comparing it to local church discipline!

Will you please give us your definition of ecclesiastical separation?
