Whats the sin that you find yourself coming back to time and time again if any?

BTW, if you dont have something nice to post or you wish to criticis then dont post!

I just noticed lately people can be a little mean spirited mind you not to me but I see it!

Once the poll closes in 14 days and we see which one is the highest we will then talk about ways we can support one another and we can set it on our prayer list's!

I had to check them all, as I'm not immune to any of them.

Reminds me of the old joke...

Four preachers were out on the lake fishing. One said, "You know, I feel I need to confess something that's troubling me. I have a problem with drinking. Every now and then when things get tense, I slip away and have a few beers."

The second said, "I guess I need to confess as well. I like to bet on the horses. I get away when I can and gamble."

The third said, "Well, I confess...I just have to have a smoke every now and then."

The fourth preacher was silent. One of the others asked him, "Brother, don't you have anything you struggle with that you want to confess?"

He replied, "Yes...I struggle with gossip...and I can't wait to get back to shore!"

==My big one is anger. I have always had a bit of a temper on me and while I am usually easy going I have been known to lose my temper on occasion. Usually this occurs when I am watching the news.

Ahhh, the "sin which so easily besets us"... :tear:

I'm dealing with a critical spirit which too often leads to anger. :BangHead:

I voted for them all and looked for several more.

My flesh constantly calls out for satisfaction in so many areas - I wish I had ever had a time in my life when I could narrow it down to one :(.

The list is way too short for me.

well I marked two, but I think we can see all of them pop up from time to time inour lives. I took the poll to mean which ones are the ones that are a constant issue

My biggest sin is lack of patience.

None was not an option! Why not? Aren't any of you without sin? I've gotta go now....... I have an appointment to rise again in the next day or so........ which ever day you guys agree that I rose again. Jesus

Now seriously.......... why was the option "to fall short of the glory of God" not on there? Thanks. I do it daily. :jesus:

This is correct I am wanting to find which sins seem to plague us more than any other sin!

I basically went off of the 7 deadly sins and ad libbed a bit!

There are not enough sections to place every sin so I did my best!

Me too, and the list is not NEARLY long enough.

I must have a wickeder flesh than most folks - I wish I could pin it down to one or two.

Lookes to me like about half the people didn't realise one could
vote more than once and the other half voted for every sin :1_grouphug:

    To All,

bmerr here. I think we can see the example of struggling with the desire to return to bondage in the Israelites' striving with Moses. How often did they, in their complaining refer back to the "good ol' days" in Egypt?

I deal with lust quite frequently, and that was a big part of my "Egypt". Anger usually is a result of my not dealing well with lust. Viscious cycle, huh?

    Egypt calling...

    In Christ,

    bmerr
