I ahve not seen any movies, or on Saturday night live. I have seen commercials of his movies, and thought they were too crude, and he seemd,,,, well, lets just say, ignorance and stupidity are not funny or humorous in anyway.

I think he can be very funny, but I don't care for quite a bit of the crudity in some of his movies.

One of his most underrated movies is "Elf", a kind-hearted Christmas movie that shows what he can do when he's not trying to be crude.

Not a big fan. I had a friend who went and saw "Talladega Nights" and took his kids. He said that there were very few laughs and he was rather embarrassed that he took his kids. He's one of the worldliest guys I know and when he tells me that he was embarrassed by the jokes, that speaks volumes to me.

    Elf was great!
He can be a pretty funny person, but too many times he takes the humor places where Christians shouldn't find him funny.
Some skits on Saturday Night Live were great (Spartan cheerleader, Alex Trebec, cow bell player for the Who, etc.)

He had some of the funniest skits i've ever seen on SNL (especially the Blue Oyster Cult/cowbell skit...those who have seen it know what i'm talking about); but his movies tend to fall into the category of things i don't really want to see. I also saw a leftist hit job he did a few years ago for moveon.org or some other group like that where he showed absolutly no respect for the President or the office of the President...that really caused me to change my attitude toward him.

I think the problem with the political ad was that it didn't have enough cowbell!

His humor tends to be favored by 12-14 year olds.

Some of his humor is crude but he is a great comic. My praise band has a cowbell because of his skits on SNL. A kid said ican play a cowbell. So, we gave him the chance.

Saw "Bewitched". It was pathetic, and nothing like the TV show.
