In Syria, There are no Moderates

Latest Western fabrication attempts to portray "moderate rebels" locked in combat with hordes of Al Qaeda militants as ploy to justify further arming of terrorists and even direct intervention along Syria's borders.

In an astounding admission, the New York Times confirmed in an April 2013 report that the so-called "Syrian opposition" is entirely run by Al Qaeda and literally states:

Nowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of.​

From the beginning, it was clear to geopolitical analysts that the conflict in Syria was not "pro-democracy" protesters rising up, but rather the fruition of a well-documented conspiracy between the US, Israel, and Saudi Arabia to arm and direct sectarian extremists affiliated with Al Qaeda against the Syrian government.

This was documented as early as 2007 - a full 4 years before the 2011 "Arab Spring" would begin - by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh in his New Yorker article titled, ""The Redirection: Is the Administration’s new policy benefiting our enemies in the war on terrorism?" which stated specifically (emphasis added):

The NYT also admits (emphasis added):

Of most concern to the United States is the Nusra Front, whose leader recently confirmed that the group cooperated with Al Qaeda in Iraq and pledged fealty to Al Qaeda’s top leader, Ayman al-Zawahri, Osama bin Laden’s longtime deputy. Nusra has claimed responsibility for a number of suicide bombings and is the group of choice for the foreign jihadis pouring into Syria. ​

Not only is the Syrian government fighting now openly admitted Al Qaeda terrorists, but terrorists that are not even of Syrian origin.

More outrageous still, is that the New York Times fully admits that the very oil fields the European Union has lifted sanctions on and is now buying oil from in Syria (see BBC's "EU eases Syria oil embargo to help opposition"), are completely controlled by Al Qaeda - meaning the European Union is now intentionally exchanging cash with known international terrorists guilty of horrific atrocities, in exchange for oil. The NYT reports:

Who Are The Syrian Moderates?

The forces known as the Free Syrian Army, have 20,000 fighters, and are armed and funded by Qatar, DEBKAfile reported.

Qatar has built up a strong army of hundreds of Wahhabi forces to help overthrow Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, a new report has revealed.

The measure comes after Qatar was also involved in the ousting of former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, according to the report.

The Qatari and Saudi rulers approved the program for the Qatari chief of staff Major General Hamas Ali al-Attiya to join the anti-Assad army for rapid deployment on the Turkish-Syrian border.

According to the report, so far a total number of 2,500 troops have been recruited. The hard core is made up of 1,000 members of the Islamic Fighting Group in Libya, which fought Gaddafi, and 1,000 operatives of the Ansar al-Sunna, the Iraqi Islamists that reportedly carried out 15 coordinated bomb attacks in Baghdad last Thursday.

Qatar has airlifted the 2,500 troops from Libya and Iraq to the southern Turkish town of Antakya in the border province of Hatay.

The top commander of the anti-Syria mission headquartered in Antakya is Abdel Hakim Belhaj, whose militia seized control of the Libyan capital Tripoli in August.

Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. He's Murdoch's second biggest backer. Suppose News Corp (Fox News) is going to report anything that the Saudi Prince doesn't want to be reported? Like the Saudi's ongoing support for Islamic extremists and terrorists in Libya and Syria? No way. Saudi Fox News calls them "activists" or "rebels" or maybe sometimes "opposition forces" never extremists or terrorists.

Dale is under mounting pressure for writing this article by third parties. Fox News should be called the Saudi Fox in the hen house news network. The only words we'll hear coming from Fox News talking heads about Syria are the words Rupert's Saudi partners put there. Is that "fair and balanced" coverage?

 

FSA brigade 'joins al-Qaeda group' in Syria

Hundreds of fighters under Free Syrian Army's command have pledged allegiance to al-Nusra Front, reports say.

The Reuters news agency, citing sources inside Syria, also reported that entire units of the FSA had joined Nusra and the ISIS in recent days.
