As the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice nominee, Sonia Sotomayor, proceeded last week, one man could not understand why not one of the seven Republican senators on the Senate Judiciary Committee would question Sotomayor about her criminal activities. It's understandable no Democrat would ask Sotomayor to explain herself since each and every Democrat in the U.S. Senate is so ethically bankrupt, they would seat Satan on the high court if it would further their agenda. Their only concern for a justice on the highest court in the land is gender and ethnicity; these pusillanimous hucksters go for future votes. The law and truth be damned.

But, the silence by Sessions, Graham, Coburn and the others is beyond perplexing. Bill O'Reilly remarked last week at the end of the hearings that the Republicans will vote to confirm Sotomayor possibly to "garner favor" with Latino voters for the next election. Sounds like a good excuse as any for their cowardice in not taking Sotomayor to the box on Dr. Cordero's evidence.

I first became aware of Dr. Richard Cordero's documentation a week ago. As with any other investigation, one has to spend a great deal of time studying all the evidence and Dr. Cordero has it. It took about nine hours of reading to get through his evidence, i.e., this 236 pages laying out the fraud. This humble man is like so many other Americans who believe in the rule of law, only to find out that some are above the law due to their political clout. In my email exchanges with Dr. Cordero, and when he was a guest on my radio show last week, I could detect no political bias, only a desire to stop the confirmation of Sonia Sotomayor.

As with cases involving legal issues, things can get a bit convoluted, but hopefully I can keep it on track here without drowning in minutiae. Dr. Richard Cordero holds a Ph.D. in law from the University of Cambridge in England; a law degree from La Sorbonne in Paris, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Dr. Cordero is a member of the bar of the State of New York. For the past 5 years he has been involved in 11 federal bankruptcy cases, which he has appealed from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, WBNY, to the U.S. District Court, WDNY, to the Court of Appeals, CA2, and to the Supreme Court of the United States. Leahy knows the truth about Sotomayor is now out there and full damage control is underway. Thus, the need for a hurry up vote tomorrow. How despicable these people are in their lust for power. How can we deny any longer that Congress is nothing more than outlaws who have zero regard for truth and the law?

You won't hear about this from the corporate media.

Another potential bombshell has surfaced regarding the pattern of dishonesty by Sonia Sotomayor:

Sonia Sotomayor: The Florida Homestead Exemption. Investigators at webofdeception have uncovered proof, backed up by public records, that Sotomayor has claimed a homestead exemption on a condo in Florida to which she is not entitled:

"The following is from the web site of the Broward County Tax Appraiser's Office. This condo does not qualify for a Homestead Exemption because Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor does not provide the required support of the mother and the other occupant of the property, Omar Lopez: "You are entitled to a Homestead Exemption if, as of January 1st, you have made the property your permanent home or the permanent home of a person who is legally or naturally dependent on you"

"The 2008 tax bill show Celina Sotomayor and Omar Lopez as owners of property even though the true owner is Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor. This document shows that this property enjoys an Homestead Exemption. The Warranty Deed of 2001 was not reflected on the tax bill as required showing the ownership of the property by Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor on December 13, 2001."

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Sotomayor has been a willing participant in a judicially run and tolerated bankruptcy fraud scheme. There is no hesitation on my part when I say that if given all the evidence, a grand jury would indict not only Sotomayor, but several other federal judges involved in this fraud. This is a major scandal that has gone unchecked, but must be stopped. Integrity and honesty in our judiciary must be of the highest priority.

If the senate votes and confirms Sotomayor, I will send a letter with the evidence to several U.S. Attorney's in this country demanding a full investigation. This isn't going away. Confirming a Justice to the United States Supreme Court is one of the most important functions of the U.S. Senate. We the people are fed up with politics and all the back room games. Sonia Sotomayor must be investigated and the matter referred to a federal grand jury, not confirmed to the high court.

It just keeps getting more interesting. Maybe interesting is the wrong word? Hmmmm.

I sent a copy to my Senators [and Representative]. Graham voted her out of Committee so he won't be much use. Don't know if Demint is aware of this or not.

So we have another dishonest person on the Court. At least 4 of them ignore the Constitution anyhow. Does that make them bigger crooks than Sonia Sotomayor?

Lets face it. Many, if not most, of the politicians in DC, particularly those on the left, could care less about this country as it was envisioned by the founders. They want a socialist/welfare state with all the power centered in DC.

I am shocked. I would have thought Senators Ensign, Vitter, and Craig would have held her feet to the fire. I hear she came with the full recommendation of Congressman Foley and Governor Sanford.

That would make you wrong on at least three counts. He's a she and I'm not a republican, and I'm only interested in protecting and defending the U.S. Constitution and due process of law from the usurpations of both corrupt parties and crooked judges. As far as believing it goes . . . 236 pages of evidence is pretty convincing.

What are you more interested in, defending the crooked left, the crooked right, the crooked judges or the republic for which none of them stand?

He appears to be convinced Christians who are also republicans are going to hell.

That lets me and you off the hook, but according to our neighborhood troll, some of our brothers are going to hell despite being Christian.

Where do trolls go when they are banned? Hell is too much to hope for. They keep coming back. :BangHead:
