Your guess is as good as mine. My uncle thinks Isaiah. I take your view, though...

I'm hoping one will be able to show us which book He quoted from most.

This chart might- or might NOT- be helpful:
There is a difference between taking on the whole armor of God and encasing your mind and heart in concrete. Be open to the possibility that what you have held as doctrine for so long, may be incorrect. Should you be led to a change of heart and mind, repent.

My faith does not depend upon my having a perfect Bible translation, it depends upon having a perfect Savior to translate ME!

Another chart here.
These charts list all NT quotations, not just Jesus'.
Also, Jesus' OT quotations may be found in multiple Gospels, so a definitive answer to the OP question is difficult.

Psalms or Isaiah would be my guess.

Way too much work for me now but as a group we might list each verse that Jesus mentioned and figure it out.

The Psalms were quoted more than any other scripture in the whole NT.

There's a problem of definition too.

Quotes, illustrations, illusions, what exactly qualifies.?

IMHO, Christ lived in the psalms. Many of the sermons and parables are centered around their wisdom.
...but Deuteronomy is a close second.
