Which OT book did Jesus quote most?

    Your guess is as good as mine. My uncle thinks Isaiah. I take your view, though...

    I'm hoping one will be able to show us which book He quoted from most.

    Another chart here.
    These charts list all NT quotations, not just Jesus'.
    Also, Jesus' OT quotations may be found in multiple Gospels, so a definitive answer to the OP question is difficult.

    Psalms or Isaiah would be my guess.

    Way too much work for me now but as a group we might list each verse that Jesus mentioned and figure it out.

    The Psalms were quoted more than any other scripture in the whole NT.

    There's a problem of definition too.

    Quotes, illustrations, illusions, what exactly qualifies.?

    IMHO, Christ lived in the psalms. Many of the sermons and parables are centered around their wisdom.
    ...but Deuteronomy is a close second.
