3 hour wait for voting

Dasline Victor waited 3 hours to vote last November. She is 102 years old. She was a guest at the SOTU the other day.

Obama is forming a commission to rectify that situation.

Rachel Maddow of MSNBC stated that over 200,000 voters did not get to vote in the General election.

I have a few thoughts - first does Fla allow mail in ballots? If so, this 102 yo would not have to had wait 3 hours in line.

Second - this was early voting - which I believe would have met limited voting locations. On the GE day - there would have been many or voting locations.

Third - voting is a State/Commonwealth issue. Once again, the Feds poking their nose where it does not belong.
