    1. Why Johnny Can't Preach: The Media Have Shaped the Messengers - By T. David Gordon.
    - A must-read if you are wondering why there is so much bad preaching!

    2. Worship Matters - by Bob Kauflin
    - Practical, balanced guidance for musical worship leaders...with a chapter at the back for Senior Pastor on what a Music Leader needs from a Senior Pastor.

    3. Theology of the Reformers - by Timothy George
    - In-depth look at the theology of Martin Luther, Ulrich Zwingli, JOhn Calvin, and Menno Simons (from which came the the "mennonites")

    4. Why Gender Matters - by Leonard Sax, MD, PHD.
    - Secular (not a Christian) Author arguing that Men and Women are not the same, and why the gender-neutral trend is damaging and unsustainable.

    5. Marks of a Messenger - by Mack Stiles
    - A great book on what it means to "BE" and evangelists before we try to "DO" evangelism...by a man who left a successful, comfortable life in America and got up and moved to the middle east right after 9/11 2001 to share Christ with Muslims.
