    Answer #2:
//2 inerrant on all issues: doctrinal, historic, and scientific//

IronWill: //before I answer, why is the above considered to be liberal?//

    What I said:
//Possible answers from the most liberal position
    to the most conservative //

This means that -1 is the most liberal, 7 is the most conservative
    (in fact is HYPERl-Conservative).
Also, 'liberal' not only is absolute location on the political spectrum,
it is also a direction. So #2 is more liberal than #3; #2 is more conservative
than #1. I'd say you have to get to answer #0 to be in absolute
    liberal territory.

So why do you consider the original autographs more liberal than any English translation?

El_Guero: //So why do you consider the original autographs
more liberal than any English translation?//

The English Translations are available for inspection - they are concrete.
The Original Autographs are NOT available for
    inspection - they are abstract.

It is more Liberal to believe in the abstract than in the concrete.

Really? Then by examining the MV's we should know which version is inspired? Which one is it?

Following that same logic, believing in my risen Savior that I cannot see, would be more liberal than believing in a statue of budda?

Simply said, I find it difficult to justify believing in the original autographs as liberal.
