How soon will AOC become your new Senator?

Come on man, I’m serious, I’m not making this up, as my dear mother used to say, “you know it’s coming”.

    peace to you

right back atcha, I've got Cantwell and (snip) Patty Murphy for my two, and Seattle isn't going to let them go anywhere. As for NY, Kristen has been a big disappointment, she had some promise years ago, and Schumer should be drummed out of office for threatening SCOTUS. He is disgusting.

OK, the list - I'd like to think every R on the list wins but not so sure about a couple of them - AZ has to unseat an incumbent, NH is a toss-up, NV will probably go with the name recognition of a Laxalt, WI is pretty safe, as is NC, but it's still early.

GA and PA are the most entertaining ones to me - in GA, you've got a black ex-football player with mental health issues versus a black leftist preacher with domestic violence issues. GA politics are rather corrupt, but Herschel is pretty much a hero there. PA is more problematic; you've got some Turkish doctor from New Jersey going against a sick socialist that dresses like he's 14. I think PA will go with their homeboy, even if he dies in the meantime.

Missouri voted Mel Carnahan to the Senate in 2000, even though he died in a plane crash several weeks before the election.

However…. a judge order polling stations to stay open in St.Louis for about 3-4 hours after the 7pm deadline. These polling stations stopped reporting their vote tallies.

The votes in St.Louis, up to that time, were running about 52%-48% in favor of Caranahan, but the rural counties had given John Ashcroft a solid lead.

Just after mid-night, several hundred thousand ballots were dumped into the system with only the senate race marked that went 70%-30% in favor of Caranahan and he win by a thin margin. Sound familiar?

I remember Senator Kit Bond was furious and promised FBI investigations into voter fraud, but Ascroft conceded because he didn’t want more election turmoil with Bush/Gore battle in Florida.

I have always believed that obvious fraud, imo, that was never investigated or prosecuted has done more harm to election integrity than anything since Jim Crow laws in the south.

    peace to you
