Quite right. There are false professors galore, but that does not change the fact that we are to preach the Gospel to all who will hear. Church discipline exists to deal with false professors. Even then some false professors will deceive until the very end when the Lord will finally separate the sheep from the goats.

 

when you say God commands all men to repent, do you mean all mankind? all humanity ?

 

I will let SM answer for himself, but if I may quote the verse in context:

Acts 17:30 "Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent,"

All men everywhere. That does not mean all men will or all man can. But that does not change the command to preach the Gospel. Salvation belongs to the Lord. He has chosen the means by which to deliver the good news of salvation and we are to faithful to proclaim it. We trust God for the results.

 

So where do you see that as a command to preach the gospel
