A judge makes a statement

It's as I said when the opinion was issued Thursday, Shelby is a Great Pretender plant appointed to rule in exactly this fashion upon the filing of a suit against Utah's traditional marriage law.

This pretty much proves it. Shelby's assault on history and the moral reality of Americans since the 1600s is ludicrous, and should disqualify him from the bench. It is obvious he had an agenda, which is not the job or prerogative of a judge in the federal court system.

 

What we have in this country is the Dictatorship of the Elite, whether that elite is the Executive Branch or the Judicial Branch of the Federal Government.

In 2004 66% of the people in Utah voted that marriage was between one man and one woman. Yet one arrogant Federal Judge appointed by one supremely arrogant Obama has denied the States right to define marriage according to their moral beliefs.

Apparently one county is still refusing to grant licenses for the union of homosexuals. Frankly all counties should rebel against the dictatorship of this one Federal judge and then see how he enforces his decision.

It is dictatorial rule such as this that is fueling the sentiment for secession in the country. Either the Federal Government will be forced to abide within Constitutional limits or the Union will eventually dissolve or the States will cease to exist as separate entities.

Whether it will accomplish any good or not is unknown but the people are seeing, in the disaster called Obamacare, just what a dictatorial Federal Government is like.
