Just as I am confining my Ron Paul information to a single thread I suggest that there be one thread started in which to confine the Hillary Clinton bashing information.

In fairness, is there a difference between "bashing" and actual discussion of her? Just curious. Is there a thread for legitimate discussion of the pros and cons of her policies and is this one just for "I hate Hillary" comments?

All I know is that when several of us started various pro-Ron Paul threads we got called down for it. I just thought maybe instead of having numerous thread going forward through the remainder of this campaign it might be fair play to not have a continuous run of Hillary Clinton threads.

I hear you. I was being serious.

I think what people were objecting to was the constant drip of threads saying the same thing. Some (who aren't here now) would post a thread on what Rep. Paul had for breakfast and how that made him superior to all creation. I know I grew weary of it.

I get tired of it people posting the same thing over and over again, whether it's about Ron Paul, Calvinism, Hillary Clinton, Harry Potter, etc. Besides, it's also against the rules.

It might not be a bad idea for the supporters of the various candidates to start a single thread to discuss that candidate as I did for Ron Paul. It certainly makes it easier to discuss a candidate's positions than having to skip around to several threads to do so.

Let's discuss the candidate and not her husband, who is not running for office. If not, let's include all the candidates' spouses/girl friends.

Well,to be fair, if that candidate's spouse is a major spokesman/woman or voice of the campaign, doesn't that person then become a little bit of fair game? I tend to believe families should be off limits, but when they become major policy advisors, political faces, etc., then they are putting themselves in the arena. I believe Bill is fair game. Chelsea is not and should not be (and never has been, in my opinion) just as the Bush daughters were not and should never have been.

Probably the biggest asset to Hillary is that she is married to her husband. If she were not I doubt she would have the support she does. When Bill campaigned he made it clear that the country was getting two for one. I doubt this will be any different. They have, together, attached themselves to each other in an unseperable way.Tthis was their doing.

    Now Ken,

You will never get most of the 'Hate Hillary' posters on this board to agree so such a task! They want to confine you to a box, but they don't want to get in one themselves.

I think you should do the opposite and post your threads about Ron Paul in a different thread. They do have the option to skip over it if they don't want to read it.

Also, I don't think it's against the rules of this board if the threads are different but related to one person. What is against the rules is posting the same topic in many different forums.

    Ron Paul for President!!

I believe the Clintons to be a special case, in that no previous administration has endured more indictments, convictions, and deaths to their friends. And their involvement in illegal and shady conduct, while kept quiet, pales their peers'. And Hillary was up to her eyebrows in it all. They are more than fair game, and I don't see the conservatives probing into Chelsey's life like the libs did the Bush girls.

    Read, "Year of the Snake".

Sounds like a deal to me!

Bill Clinton was such a popular president that this works as a plus for Hillary. I know the ultra-right doesn't like it, but too bad.
