Ken you are trying to set up yet another straw man. and such activity would be unconstitutional. so it doesnt meet the criteria I gave.

Isn't bullying, per se, unconstitutional and not dependent on whose ox is being gored?

You need a link to the article. And as the snipet says he was tazed for being combative not for stating religious opinion. Since this was obvious your insincerety is obvious as well.

You can google the source as easily as I can, 2 Timothy 2:1-4, which is where I found the story.

Also, reread the story. He became combative AFTER police approached him for yelling. His original "crime" was yelling, "I want Jesus." The police, arguably, had no place approaching him at all.

    Poncho,
Everyone knows that just because an officer blouses his pants, has a triple stack glock, three sets of handcuffs ,two cans of pepper spray, a tazer and three extra magazines doesn't mean he is a paramilitary LAW ENFORCEMENT officer.
He's just doing his job,we aren't living in a police state and we have nothing to fear.............. YEAH RIGHT!
Don't you just love how Pastor Larry is quick to call yours and my conspiracy truth theories?

Welcome to the police state Larry........

By the way Larry please don't forget to be obedient to your government,or God ,Whichever you fear the most............

Forcing compliance to a command without cause I would also consider an unconstitutional abuse of authority, wouldn't you?
Or should we just do as we are told? when in your opinion is it O.K. to say no to so called police authority? EVER?
We are told in Ephesians 5:11 to Reprove them...........

You have no idea what a police state is. Please, live in one for a year, and get back to us how bad our country is.

Police state. What a crock. We aren't even close.

What is freedom? do you fear your government? or does your governmment fear you?
Are we living in a fascist state? Do you know what fascism is? Do the large corporations have more control of government than you? if so thats fascism,or corporativism............
Check it out you will have to live or die with your conclusions,as for me I'll trust in Christ and fight the devil for as long as I'm able,I'll serve the LORD.

I won't play. You ask a bunch of questions, then exhibit superior Christianity by a thinly veiled boast.

I'll bite. No. The NEA has quite a bit of influence. As does the environmental groups, which by the way have interests contrary to corporations. Tiral lawyers have quite a bti of influence on our governent. So absolutey not. The corporations do not have more control of goverent than we do.

I have no idea how reliable a source the Prison Planet site is (not saying it is unreliable -just that I don't know), but why would someone whose signature on this board includes the words: "Pro Life And Pro Torture!" be concerned about such things anyway? But then, I expect I have misunderstood the "signature".

I believe Pastor Larry has dealt properly with Poncho. When PL nails me, I listen, because i believe he has pretty good perceptions in matters concerning the Christian walk. Poncho is stuck in a conspiratorial mode, from which he will not ascend. It blinds him, and binds his thoughts. IMO

    What?!?

If you believe that Pastor Larry has insight into the Christian faith, so be it. What does this have to do with Poncho being "stuck in a conspiratorial mode"? His politcial views somehow hinder him spirtually?

I can't help wondering what the outcome had been if The officers had tazers for Rodney, can't we all just get along, King.
    Good post Timothy
