ACLU wants to help defend alleged Sept. 11 mastermind

It is simply yet strongly put....this is a godless, evil organization which champions the caused of everything that Jesus would object to. They are vile, perverted, and depraved and their goal is to attain enough power to subjugate America under their secular progressive rule which is exactly what Satan wants. How else can he globalize the world without America's cooperation?

 

As with any group there are things that the ACLU does that I agree and some things that the ACLU does that I disagree with.

I am glad the organization exists to keep the radical right and the radical left in check in this country.

 

Oh, you mean things like protecting a street preacher's first amendment rights to preach?

Uh...last time I checked, the Constitution establishes a secular republic. Want theocratic rule? Try Iran.

Ken, where do we find a jury of his peers? And if we do, do you think they will find him guilty? Remember he is doing his god's work in he and his peers eyes.

Actually, the U.S. constitution does not apply to American citizens or non-American citizens. The U.S. constitution applies to the federal government. It is a document restricting the powers of the federal government and enumerating the powers that the federal government does have.

 

The same way we find a jury of one's peers for someone accused of murder or rape or child molestation, etc.
