Six months after the election, voter intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party in Pennsylvania were dismissed by the Department of Justice, and this week, some lawmakers are demanding the administration answer why.

As WND reported, the government filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia in January, alleging that NBPP members Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson stood outside a Philadelphia polling place in uniform, with Shabazz brandishing a nightstick-like weapon. Reports from the scene also say the pair issued racial threats and insults, and a GOP election monitor said he called police after being told that the men were there to make sure a "black" wins.

They are not only accused they are guilty. This is the same crap the Obama regime pulled in the firing of the IG of Americorp for investigating one of Obama's buddies!

Of course they over looked it, they were forcing people to vote for obama. you'd think pictures would be enough proof.

I'm surprised this hasn't been defended right here on the BB by the Obamanites. This goes back to my post in another thread where I indicated he "won" the election by intimidation and voter fraud (ACORN, etc.) and what I posted about how the nomination defrauded Hillary by coercion of delagates, etc. He is in the Oval office illegitimately. He should be impeached.

Probably no response from the "0" supporters because the Demoncrat party has yet to email the approved talking points - this one is too obvious for the usual hit-and-run tactics.
They are still trying to formulate some obscure reasoning, that the "0" minions can swallow, to use in the "0"s defense.
