Advise Please

    A friend of mine seems to have had her email address taken over by someone else. Does anyone have any ideas what she can do about this? Her computer isn't showing up any viruses and we are at a loss to know what to do.

    Has the password been changed, if not change the password ASAP. If it has been changed, request that the password be reset, they will email the reset password to an alternative email address on file.
