Snipped from an email, but one would think the information would be public about someone running for the Highest Office in the Land, if not the World....

No doubt the DNC will drum some of these up out of thin air, or maybe they feel they don't have to, it's all wrapped up anyway, whether the guy is a fraud or not.....

You guys should really forward your extensive research to the RNC. I am sure they would appreciate the help.

I'm sure they know it all, Roger. I'm just putting it here for the benefit of people like you who 'want to know' and insist on documentation.

If there is nothing damaging in his Occidental College Records...why are they being kept secret? Why did Obama tell them not to release them?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Remember, I live in the same state where Obama is a senator, therefore I have kept up on his voting record and attendance even when he wasn't running for president. :type:

FYI: Obama was only in attendance 143 days in the senate and the only bill he ever sponsored...he was absent.

Children spend more time than that in preschool getting ready for Kindergarten!

Maybe some day, but IMO, right now, Obama is just not ready, nor does he have the experience to lead this country.

Bill Clinton, whom I am guessing knows a lot more about the job of being president of the United States than you do, disagrees with you. :)

Look carefully at what the Washington Posts considers "important votes.' Many are about invoking cloture on votes.

I am curious as to how his missing 45% of the votes compares to others in the Senate, especially those who are campaigning.

His infanticide policies are enough alone for Christians to do all they can to defeat him. His votes do prove that. He is not only pro-choice, but pro-abortion. His voting also proves volumes about his continuance and expansion of gay rights. His Robin Hood tax plan (which many here support) would be a disaster. He doesn't seem to have a clue or a plan on foreign policy.

I don't need all these supposed 'secrets' to give me fuel to oppose him.

BTW, on an interesting note. I was in Illinois just before the 2004 election. I saw a video clip of Obama, whom I had never seen before. I told my wife and the pastor we were staying with that Obama could very well be president one day. I never thought he would run this soon.

Not any more. He has said that Obama is ready and he has said that Obama is NOT ready.

He changes his mind as often as you do, Ken.

That was when his wife was still had a chance at being nominated. If Senator McCain chooses Mitt Romney to be his running mate then all of the negative things that Romney said about McCain during the primaries that are the opposite of what he is saying now will be dredged up as well.

So Obama wasn't ready when Hillary was still running but now is ready when she is no longer running?

Or was one of the two contradictory statements which Bill Clinton said about Obama's readiness a lie?

Which one? With Bill Clinton you can never know.

George H.W. Bush called Ronald Reagan's economic plan, "voodoo economics", and then became his running mate.

Some perspective on how politics works is useful. :)

So then it is safe to assume that your support for Obama in the face of his radical "kill em all" abortion position while you claim to want to end abortion is the result of a perspective on how politics works?

Yep. The Republicans have controlled the White House for all but 12 of the past 40 years. The majority of U.S. Supreme Court justices have been Republican appointees for decades. The Republicans controlled the U.S. Congress and the White House for 6 years, and the House or Senate separately during several other years. Yet Roe v. Wade still stands. The Republicans haven't delivered on the abortion issue. Do you really think that electing Senator McCain as president will change that? The evidence suggests that the Republicans use the abortion issue to get votes from well-meaning social conservatives and then basically ignore them after they gain power, and then at the next election come back to ask for their votes again and then ignore them again after they gain power.

    Pretty astute observation Ken.

Christians need to take and stand and STOP BEING USED BY THE GOP!

Shake them up in a bag and you couldn't tell the difference.

Dems use the same tactics...just different issues.

I don't see why these questions are so out of bounds. Sounds like he's been covering his tracks for a long time.

Oh yeah, it's critical of the Obamessiah. If this had been about McCain, my bet is it would have never been addressed, cep't by the "yeah" folks.

I don't think the questions are out of bounds, and certainly nothing that has not been asked of other candidates in the past.

If he had nothing to hide...it wouldn't bother him and he would not be trying to stomp all over free speech by blocking the answers...

Oh come on Ken, are you serious?

Bill cant stand Obama and both the Clintons want him to lose so Hillary has a chance at running for the nomination again in 2012 without having to face a sitting Democratic president. They only "endorse" Obama because the party would disown them if they didnt. They are in a real jamb. They have to publicly support Obama when secretly they loathe the man that knocked them out of the office that they feel they are entitled to.

No, the Clintons hate everyone who comes between them and their quest for power. But dont think the Clintons are finished, they will use any tactic they can to bring Obama down. Just wait and see.
