Alert: Tx for Osteoporosis may lead to esophageal cancer

    Esophogheal cancer used to be rare, and associated with tobacco products, alcohol use and reflux.

    Now there's a new concern. What is ominous to me, if this report is true, these conditions are rarely identified before middle age or older for a person to be treated for osteoporosis....... yet the number one treatment for this condidtion is showing a significant association with this rare cancer.
