Allen West, Republican Congressman From Florida, Concedes 2 Weeks After The Election

The Tea Party candidates got beat up pretty badly this year. There were many that got elected in 2010 that got thrown out in 2012. Also, here in Minnesota Michele Bachmann barely retained her House seat.

 

I sure like Allen West a lot more than Bachman. If the Tea Party hadn't allowed itself to be co-opted by Bachmann and her ilk, thet would still be a strong force.

I have no dog in that race, Florida can put in who Florida wants.

 

West committed the unpardonable sin, he was a Conservative black! But he will be back!

 

lookin' for'ard to him being nominated for presidency in '16, that way the liberal media and their lapdogs and the Obamaites can't accuse no one of racism for not voting Obama's pick (if he doesn't go for a third term, what do you think..that possible?).
Apart from that, been watching the guy, reading some about him, and so far, I liked what I saw and read.
if it don't happen, him bein' nominated for presidency in '16, then I ain' votin' no more.
this election was my first serious vote I cast in 45 years since coming of voting age, and I thought it'd be a fair election, turned out it wasn't. the elections have just been as dirty as the ones I seen (and puked on) in my old country.
