A day as a thousand years is surely Gods way of viewing time.

Time for you and I, stopped the day God saved us.
    the day We died.

We entered into the Day of the Lord..
    Which is eternal. its timeless.

the mention of a one thousand year reign of Jesus is symbolic to believers. that day begins when, by faith, we realize that our spirits are resurrected. We know by faith that we are truely spiritually dead. and time is no more. we now have received a spirit that cannot die.

time is useless as far as our spirits understand.

    because we have entered eternity.
    the day of the lord

    when the Lord reigns completely.

    10 means complete..
    10x10x10x10~ only means exemplified. completely

there is no time span of Jesus ruling and reigning. When it begins...its forever. some are alive and have entered into eternity today. while others will enter, when they have physically died.

remember some celebrate the lords day once a week, while others celebrate every day..its comprehension that some have entered a period where time is the same always.. time has become meaningless. its no longer the focus of the individual. that some have understood they have died to this temporal meaning of timekeeping.

there is a return and reign of Jesus. only that its within us and his reign begins when we allow him to be lord of our lives. We do not wait for a savior and lord to arrive. He's already within us waiting to rule and reign.
though not to an earthly kingdom.

    but to an individual.
A kingdom and servant of One.

and its not for only a thousand years.
    Its forever.

THIS AGE & THE AGE TO COME

    I'm back.

I realized Premill have lot of problems with the Bible. Amill doctrine make many good points from the Bible. I want to make chart on the compare between 'This Age' & 'The Age to Come' with verses.

    THIS AGE

Matt 24:3 - These signs of this Present Age

Matt 13:30 - Uneblievers and believers are mixed together of this Present age

Matt 28:20 - Gospel of this Present Age

Mark 10:30 - Build houses, family of this Present Age

Luke 18:30 - Materialism reward of this Present Age

Luke 20:34 - Given to Marriage of this Present Age

Romans 12:2 - Not compromise to this Present world

1 Cor. 1:20 - Philosophy of the wisdom of this Present age

1 Cor. 2:6-8 - Wisdom and Rulers of this Present age

2 Cor. 4:4 - Satan is the god of this Present age

Gal. 1:4 - Evil in this Present age

Eph. 1:20-21 - Christ reigns in this Present age

Eph. 2:2 - evil things of this Present age

1 Tim. 6:17 - Materialism of this Present age

Titus 2:12 -Command us, to walk godly in this Present age

    THE AGE TO COME

Matt 12:32 - No forgiven from Holy Spirit in the next age

Matt 13:39-42 - Unbelievers shall be cast at the end of this age

Mark 10:30; Luke 18:30 - Eternal life is a reward

***Luke 20:35 - NO marriage NO children in the next age

1 Cor. 6:9-10 - Unbelievers cannot enter Eternality Kingdom

**1 Cor. 15:50 NO flesh shall enter Eternality Kingdom

Gal. 5:21 - No unbelievers shall enter Eternality kingdom

Eph. 1:21 - Christ shall continue reign in the next age

Eph. 5:5 - Unbelievers shall not enter Eternality kingdom.

1 Thess 2:12 - Encourage us to walk godly for Eternality kingdom

2 Thess 1:5 - Our faith will make us worthy for Eternality kingdom

1 Tim 6:19 - Our spiritual things are restore in heaven for Eternality kingdom

2 Tim 4:18 - Our Lord shall bring us to Eternality kingdom

I want to give you the full sentence of these verses on 'this age' and 'age to come'

Matt 12:32 - "And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither [1.]in this world, neither [2.]in the world to come"

Eph. 1:19-21 "And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only [1.] in this world, but also [2.] in that which is to come"

The Bible is very clear teach us, there is only TWO ages. "This Age" means present time. It is temporality, will not be last long. All things on earth will be pass away at the Second Advent. "The age to come" is the next age at the Second Advent. It is not a temporality, it is eternality.

If suppose premill is correct. Then, that mean, they teach, there will be 1000 years after the second advent. Then, it is a temporality.

That mean, there will be the next two ages yet to come. HUH??? The Bible does not saying it. Bible teaches us, the next age shall be eternality at the Second Advent.

Dispensationalism teaches there are 7 different times or ages. But the Bible teaches us, there are only TWO ages in God's plan. First age start from Adam at creation till second advent. Then, next age will be eternality after the second advent.

I have an article on "This Age and the Age to Come" - www.mslick.com/2ages.htm

I urge you to read this.

I want to add to tell you one thing. Premill teaches, there will be repopulate the world during millennial kingdom.

But, Jesus tells us in Luke 20:35-36, there shall be NO given to marriage in the next age. Why? Because we shall be like angel after resurrection or rapture(1 Cor. 15:51-54). Clear, there shall be no more produce children again for eternality kingdom.

In 1 Cor. 15:50 tells us, NO mortal or flesh person shall eneter eternality kingdom. Clearly, all unbelievers shall be cast away into everlasting fire at the second advent - Matt 13:39-42; Matt 25:31-33,46.

    In Christ
    Rev. 22:20 - Amen!

Okay, so we have a day as a thousand years, and then we have Daniel's seventy weeks (which were seventy weeks of 7 years each). So from that, I think we can calculate prophetic years this way... 1 year = 52 weeks, which really means 52 groups of 7 years, each of which have 7 x 365.25 days, multiplied by 1,000, but then a thousand years is like a day, and a day is a year because 7 days = 1 week, which is a week of years ...are you getting this down?

If the thousand years in Revelation 20 are the Gospel era, the beast and the false prophet have already been cast alive into the lake of fire because Revelation 19 and 20 are in chronological order (Rev. 19:20). In Revelation 20, John speaks of the beast and the false prophet as past (Revelation 20:4). After the thousand years are expired, Satan will be cast into the lake of fire where the beat and the false prophet already are Rev. 20:10). That implies a previous judgment of them. The book of Revelation is written in symbolic language, but do not explain everything away until there is nothing left.

    amillinialism is now.

Revelation is the battle of Jesus as our lord identifying who our spiritual enemies are.

the world, flesh and the devil. or...
lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, pride of life

in revelations these enemies are renamed...

the beast, false prophet and satan.
the flesh, the world..and the devil.

and everything is destroyed in the believers life.

all believers "die to self" before they are raised from the dead. revelations is the destruction of everything we hold onto that flesh uses to fight against the love of God.

this is not a vision of "the world" being destroyed.
this is a vision of "your world" being destroyed.

    Hi Primitive B....

I think thats try the spirits, and not the spelling.

1Jo 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
