I have been hearing about Jeff Noblit, A LOt. I will definitely give this a listen. If he's Paul Washer's pastor, I can gurantee that I will like this guy. :)

Sorry, I should have said more about it in the OP. It's about how people are saved, and how they can have assurance -- BIBLICALLY. And funny thing, I didn't know until I just read Christianyouth's post that he is Paul Washer's pastor, but I was thinking before about saying that it is a "Washer-like sermon".

The subject of his message from Eph. 2:8-9 is Monergism.

Yes, he does give a monergistic view of the passage, but the sermon covers much more than just that. It's more about the fallacies of modern methods of evangelism/withnessing than anything else.

Wow! A real "do nothing" monergist! Didn't even do anything when he "felt" he had "faith" and "trust."

Wonder what his sermons on obedience would be like.

Wonder if he had a proper marriage ceremony to his wife or just had faith and trust in her without "doing" anything.

    He did something. He believed.
You wouldn't like them. He believes faith without works is a dead faith.
I would think that the faith and trust came before the ceremony. Just like we are "espoused" to Christ by faith, which faith will become sight at the marraige supper (ceremony) of the Lamb.
