An Incredible Book!

    Fellow pastors and all book lovers,

    I just opened my Commentary on the New Testament Use of the OT, gen. eds. GK Beale and DA Carson.

    The book goes through each NT book and note direct and indirect references to the OT.

    At the end of each NT book is a bibliography of the sources that were used (I usually find this useful).

    The scholars in this project are first rate scholars.

    I failed to add that there are great, scholarly commentary to go with the quotations and allusions from OT as the appear in the NT.

    Each scholar does his own translation while utilizing the various versions.

    The print size is about 9.8-10 (great readability) and we're looking at 1237 pages and great printing, white paper from Baker Academic.
