    This Christmas season I'm going to write an article in the newspaper opinion page that greeting people with Merry Christmas (as I have in the past) instead of happy holidays is the proper greeting.

    Too many people think Christmas is just another holiday to overspend money, have parties and drink and eat to excess.

    Lets make this Christmas a real Merry Christmas!
