Judge Alito recently said the following about CAP:
    [Source]

With all of the demonization of the CAP, I found this interesting:
[An article from the Daily Princetonian]

Notice that none other than Andrew Napolitano of FoxNews "served on CAP's board from its founding in 1972 until it shut down in the early 1980s."

    Wow......

So did Laura Ingraham belong to CAP. SO??? [IMG]

I would like to know what rights a young woman by the name of Mary Jo had at Chappaquidick as she was gasping for air waiting for her prince to come back and rescue her from drowning.

The Senate reached a new low in front of the world by watching Kennedy & Durbin smear a good man over nothing.

Wouldn't you like to get Kennedy under oath? Or even Kerry for that matter? Let's see here:

Senator Kennedy, what happened to Mary Jo?

Senator Kerry, what war crimes did you commit in Vietnam?

No, actually she went to Dartmouth, and has a rather colorful past as well....

This may or may not be true; however, I did not address either of these events. I simply mentioned that Napolitano was more than just a member.

Hope you and yours are doing well, LadyEagle.

I like Andrew Napolitano. Good balanced libertarian thinker. Put him on the Court!

    No way.
IMO, he would be just as bad, if not worse, than Robert Bork. But that is another discussion....
