Anyone use a straight razor?

It works better than a regular razor. You just hit the neck and trim up stray hairs. The scary part is around the corner of the mouth. I always envision winding up like Heath Ledger's Joker in the Dark Knight.

The shave is amazingly close. I did not think it'd be better than a safety razor, but aside from the occasional blood letting I like the shave.

 

I remember when I learned that those small flexible switches hurt much more than the big switches. That was mom's tool of choice. Dad used his belt (you could hear it clear each belt loop with dreadful anticipation). And in school the teachers had their own wooden paddles. Ahhh......the good ole days.
