    I started eating celery (dipped in fat free ranch dressing), apples and bananas. When I want something really sweet, I chew Extra gum (sugar free). It tastes pretty good and takes care of my sweet tooth.

    I used to drink a lot of soda too. But I've cut back on that and drink a lot more water now.

    I lost from 144 to 114 by counting calories but started working part time and eating a bigger lunch, a very late supper and drinking way too many sodas and gained back up to 130. I'm only down to 129 so far but this is a no-no to me! I'm too short and hate how it makes me feel.

    I love veggies and fruits. I also eat the fruits with fat free cool-whip type toppings.
