When were the apocryphal books removed from various English bibles?

Are they still included in any English bibles apart from those of Catholicism?

    Thanks.

The Apocrypha was officially removed by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 1885. But the first edition printed without the Apocrypha was as early as the 2nd printing of 1613. All KJVs after 1655 were printed without the Apocrypha. However, later American printings put it back. You can still buy a KJV with the Apocrypha from some specialty printers.

The Revised Standard Version and New Revised Standard Version are available with or without the Apocrypha; it's in the Third Millenium Bible. The NET Bible is completing a translation of the Apocrypha that is available online; the books are not included in the printed version.
