Apostle Paul in Romans: Does predestination refer To before/After Conversion?

    In Romans chapter 8, is Paul stating that this is the process by which one becomes a Christian, referring to God predetermining them to become saved, that He is the cause directle, preordained it...


    Or does it refer to process after actually becoming saved, that His plan to now sacntify saint "kicks into place?"

    is it individual predetermined the savlation in view here, or the plan to get sanctified afterwards?
