But approves Jewish, Islamic symbols in NYC public system

A divided federal appeals-court panel ruled New York City schools can ban the display of the Christian Nativity during Christmas while permitting a Jewish menorah and the Islamic star and crescent during Hanukkah and Ramadan.

Enough is enough is enough! How can anybody look at this and claim that Christianity is not under fire -- from within our own judicial system?

It is totally under fire. Has been since the Cross and is increasingly so. And our judicial system has contributed greatly, but hopefully will be slowed somewhat now.

If the facts are as stated in the article, the court is wrong.

According to the court ruling the Jewish menorah and the Islamic star and crescent can be secular and Nativity Scenes cannot.
    Right.
I've seen plenty of Nativities used as purely secular christmas decorations, but I don't quite recall ever seeing menorahs and crescents being used as secular holiday decorations.
