Arabs for Christ

    Hello brothers,

    we are having some problems. We are wanting to expand into the entire middle east. We have an outreach in the Palestinian territory, and we wish to startup another outreach in Cairo.

    We are running low on support since the local church doesnt want anything to do with us. It is kinda strange. As you all know the legal churches, like this one, do not witness to muslims for fear of arrest, for this reason we need an outside support.

    Do you guys know of any channels we should pursue this through?

    Have you considered meeting with the Seventh Day Adventist Church? They are in a number of countries and have a huge focus on Evangalism.

    I will post your link on a couple of other boards and we will see what we can do.

    There is also a group called Global Tentmakers where they get people to go into countries working at regular jobs and witnessing at the same time, in the situation of the middle east, they could be a good point of contact.

    You might consider contacting the Souther Baptist Convention International Mission Board. They are very active in supporting mission work within what they call "World A" which is basically focused on the region of the Middle East that has not been reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

    this week has been difficult. we are getting close to the time when the rent will be due. We have about half of the money we will need.
