Both Sin & Grace play a part in salvation. I never knew Grace until I was exposed to my very own personal sins (particularly my Sin of Unbelief). In a certain sense the only way we really understand salvation & grace is by understanding the opposites. It is my own personal belief that that is why the really great sainted people are in fact the converted sinners. What do you think, is sin necessary for grace to abound? & could that be the reason sin exists?

    Amen Brother! Exactly!

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.
    And Grace, my fears relieved.

How precious did that Grace appear
    The hour I first believed.
