    I wish you'd asked if people here think Michael Schiavo had anything to do with his wife's condition. I've vote yes, even if it was his threatening to divorce her if she got 'fat' like when she was a little girl. :mad:

    Robert Blake: Not Sure

    Michael Jackson: Guilty

    Kobe Bryant: Not Guilty

    Scott Peterson: Not Sure, although I think the verdict was wrong in this case since it was all based on circumstantial evidence and the scorn of the jury.

    I believe innocent intil proven guilt. And if someone is found not guilty then that is the end of it(example OJ).

    Guilty people get off frequently. They owe nothing legally (as in serving time), but it does not make them any less guilty. Ask God.
    I think they were all guilty except for Kobe Bryant.

    For those who voted not sure or not guilty for Scott Peterson, are you troubled that they found him guilty?
    Likewise, for those who voted guilty for Robert Blake, are you bothered that he may have gotten away with it?

    I picked guilty on all except Kobe Bryant. In his case I picked Not Sure.

    My feelings notwithstanding, there was not enough evidence to convict any of them, guilty or not.

    I agree with you here, except for Michael Jackson and Michael Schiavo. I think there might be enough evidence to convict these two. I think with the judge's ruling yesterday, that MJ is in deep trouble.

    Yes if the person really did it then they are acountable before God. But in a lot cases even the accusation and presumed guilt can ruin innocent lives. I know of teachers who have had carears ruined because of baseless acusations. It just bothers me. The presumed guilt of a person. (nothing agianst anyone here.) Ok. Off my soapbox now. sorry about all the spelling mistakes.
