are we still living in the apostolic age?

    I have a deacon that believes we are still living in the apostolic age. But if I am not mistaken did you not have to be an eye witness to the resurrection.

    Do you see any of the apostles around?
    That age ended with the apostles.

    I agree with Tinytim. Although I did talk to a Pentecostal friend today who says that his denomination refers to missionaries as "apostles," because the word means "one who is sent." Just a little bit of useless info :D
