In addition, the Bush administration used a private RNC email server which carried literally millions of emails during his term in office. These were subpoenaed by Congress but Bush/Cheney refused to comply with the subpoena. These would have covered far more important than Clinton's email including activity before and after 9/11 and before and during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. They also would have shed light on the U.S. relationship with bin Laden, who worked for the CIA during the Russian-Afghanistan war as well as knowledge about the alleged "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq.

After reading the article a scan found the word "believe" as it is used in the quote to be used repeatedly

In fact the whole piece is a fake news article in an attempt to divert the public's attention away from the crimes of the past administration.

Proves my point. Trump knows the purpose of the investigation is to prevent tax reform. He's telling you and the democrats you will not succeed.

 

The only person that can let the Russian investigation affect tax reform is Trump himself. Most of the people being investigated are not in the administration any longer. And Trump himself has been cleared. This idea that Mueller's low key investigation is impeding Trump's agenda is a talking point from Hannity and Rush, I guess.

 

Trump hasn't been cleared. There's at least a matter of obstruction of justice to be resolved.

 

According to Comey and others, he was never under investigation to begin with. The left is chasing rainbows with this one - like this story, the guy claims he was followed a bunch on twitter because of his comments about the DNC hacks and then some now-deceased GOP operative named Smith contacted him because he had some guy tell him he recovered Hillary's emails on the deep web and he wanted this Matt to verify that they were really Hillary's emails. Matt didn't believe that Russia hacked Hillary's emails ever, but Smith did and didn't care and for some reason that appalled Matt?

Then, they go back and forth, finally Matt refuses to sign a non-disclosure agreement and Hillary's emails were never recovered in the long run so Smith couldn't use them against Hillary. Forget it, this is the guy's statement:

Now the problem is is that blog goes right back to Comey's leaker and this Brit sat on the subject for over ten months. Story is shaky in many respects IMO, as if Trump and them would ever make an LLC using their real names if it was this shady, and if they were in collusion with Russia, they would have never needed Matt at all.

 

If you tell a lie often enough people will believe it.

Only a Democrat would charge obstruction of justice in a case where there was no investigation to begin with. The Democrats are like Cuban police who beat you up in a case of mistaken identity for no good reason but then charge you with resisting arrest even though you never said or did anything.

Everything's a lie, right? There is no reality. I've been reading "1984" for the first time since college. here are Big brother's (Trump's) major statements:

War is Peace
Freedom is Slavery
Ignorance is Strength

In the novel. you can be watched through your TV set. This is now possible. President Bush declared endless war against the terrorists. Protesters exercising their 1st amendment rights are beaten up, killed or thrown into jail. Those suspected of 9/11 related crimes were never charged with a crime or given a trial. They're rotting in Guantanamo until they die so they can't tell the truth. There are no more facts only ratings (Kellyanne Conway). Trump is a Christian. The Russians are our friends and the UK and Germany are not. People don't really need healthcare. Taking away support from people in nursing homes (40% rely on Medicaid), people with disabilities, children, the poor is the moral thing to do so tax cuts can be given to the wealthy. America spends more on its military than the next 9 highest military spending countries in the world but we need to increase funding for the Pentagon.

This novel got it all right. It just got the year wrong.

 

He one thing Orwell didn't include in 1984 is abortion because it was unthinkable, the most horrible on the scale of man's inhumanity to man.

Also euthanasia and eugenics have now become acceptable.

The American people are tired of the liberal talking points. No one believes war is peace, freedom is slavery, or ignorance is strength. We are in an endless war against terrorism unless we can somehow contain Islam, the source of modern terrorism worldwide. We have a legal system in place to protect human rights. The GOP has always said that Russia is an evil empire--it was Obama and the Democrats who laughed at Romney for saying that. It was Obama who moved Churchill's bust and who hated the UK and Trump who is seeking to re-establish our historic special relationship with the UK. Germany is a headache for not paying their fair share of their NATO bill while bullying Greece to do whatever Germany says. Of course people need healthcare in spite of what you say but they do not need Castrocare or Obamacare but free market care with regulation.

There is no attempt to scale back Medicaid but an attempt to stop the Obama expansion of Medicaid that was installed to bolster Obamacare, a horribly expensive program that levied fines for attempts to escape the high "taxes" of Obamacare. We do not need to soak the rich and install confiscatory taxes like some Latin American dictatorship. Obama left us with a hollow military and a navy smaller than during the Great Depression, so yes we do need military spending to protect ourselves and to make up for the slack left by our deadbeat European allies.

 

Sounds like the perfect description of the LIBERAL UTOPIA!!
