    You are what you eat.

You can pretty much tell where a person is coming from in thier theology by the books they read.

    I enjoy :

    Norman Geisler
    Charles Stanely
    MacArthur
    Edwards
    Piper
    Berg
and for christian living No one beats Paul David Tripp, although Piper is right there with him. If you all haven't read "War of Words" it is great. He has several books out that just are fantastic.

I'll second that WD . TTM is all over the place theologically . I would not be able to tell where he's coming from by his author selections . Now by his actual posts I do have a clue or two !

I wasn't implying Tim is all over the place theologically...only that his list of authors wouldn't help me know where he was coming from theologically speaking.

LOL, yeah I realize that. It still does work though (I am confused), I consider myself stuck inbetween because neitherside has proved to me they have it all figured out.

I hear you, and would consider myself something similar (a non cal, non arm). Don't let the calvinists hear that, though. There is no fence sitters. They are like the Sith from Star Wars..."if you are not with me, you are against me!" :D

Well , despite the Calvinistic influences in your life , taking the content of your history of posts on the BB -- yes -- you are certainly much more in the Arminian category of belief . I do not know how that makes my mind "locked" as such .

Your locked into your theology that I feel is flawed greatly in its terms and logical conclusions, which we have discuss over time, and you have me as "A".
I do not agree with him either but you claim that I do. That is all I mean Rip.
You know if I could agree it would make my life simpler but God has not revealed it too me. I love my church and would love to say yes I agree just for that cause but that would not be honest.

I've only read Lee Strobel, and I would recommend him as solid.
