    There are a LOT of problems with this opinion piece.

    Scroll down, and you find the main problem: the author doesn't understand why it matters whether there's a contractual relationship. Facebook and Power are two companies; Power was essentially using Facebook to gather Facebook users' information for their own purpose, without any agreement or permission from Facebook to do so.

    The article is misleading because the author doesn't understand what they're talking about.
