Well, if PETA knew about those folks using poor little dolphin skins there would have been a real ruckus! I do not blindly follow notes as some do. The Lamsa Eastern Bible has badgers and they followed an Eastern text and not the Hebrew.-- Herb Evans

I'm looking, but I do not see an explicit verse reference. Therefore, every reader of this thread would have to assume you were addressing Exodus 25:5 (the verse every other poster had addressed).

That is the problem, too many assumers. You are right, I did not give an explicit verse reference; when I said Lamsa Bible I mean the Lamsa Bible has badgers, and the Lamsa Bible has badgers. You denied that of me explicitly. Now, if you want to admit that you assumed it, I'll accept that. Or you could try and say that I did not know what I meant, when I said it. -- Herb Evans

No, I'm sure you knew what you meant.

Yes, I did assume that you were speaking specifically to Exodus 25:5.

Yes, I cited Exodus 25:5 from Lamsa which lacked "badgers" in the text.

Good. Controversy and matter closed. How blessed for brethren to walk in unity, even if they have to be wearied into it. -- Herb Evans
