Bank suspends dealings with ACORN housing entity

    Bank suspends dealings with ACORN housing entity

    WASHINGTON – Bank of America Corp. is suspending its work with the housing affiliate of embattled community organizing group ACORN. The decision comes as three Republicans in Congress ask Bank of America and 13 other financial institutions to give Congress a complete accounting of their dealings with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now or its affiliates.

    In a statement, Bank of America said it would not enter into any further agreements with ACORN Housing Corp. until the bank is satisfied all issues have been resolved. ACORN Housing Corp. and Bank of America have worked together for years on mortgage foreclosure issues.

    Not to worry, after the guilty are exonerated and the innocent punished, ACORN will be cloned and renamed before our very eyes.

    Perzactly!!! This whole fiasco of the way the Ds have turned on ACORN makes me think of the old saw of the "wolf in sheep's clothing"!

    They threw ACORN under the bus too quickly for me to accept it as genuine.

    Can you picture the vicious dog that loves the taste of the mail-man's calf, suddenly rushing up to this same mail-man with a wagging tail and a ball in it's mouth - in the military it would be called a diversion.

    I think we are seeing one great big diversion now in play on this deal.
