    I voted "A" and "Other".

Any Baptist is welcome provided they are not just Baptist in name. other being as long as they abide by the rules of the forum.

I'm all for the dinner. If it's potluck, everyone will be taking their own dishes home. We can use paper plates and plstic differware and drink from dixie cups. See, problem solved. ;) Oh, I see the offerieng plate making the rounds... pardon me while I duck into the little boys room before it gets here...

I'm sorry, but this thread does not seem to have a quorum so it should not have even started. Even if we did have a quorum - until the minutes of the last meeting are read and old business is discussed we just can not vote on any new issues. Sorry.

As our local church moderator, I rule that Brother Pete is partly correct, and now call for the reading of the minutes!

However, I also rule that he is incorrect, for we do, in fact, have a quorum, according to the Constitution and By-Laws!

P.S. I chose no icon, in order to remain absolutely impartial in this!

    Depends on what they believe.

I don't see anything wrong with men washing dishes or cooking sometimes. ;)

It was a joke, Scribe. It kind of loses the funny if I have to explain that.

    :tongue3:

I don't believe anyone should be making light of scripture by making up one themselves.

I don't believe you were trying to be blasphemous I just don't agree with making up scripture.

In my humble opinion - the choices in this poll - read like something I'd hear in a speech by Clinton or Obama!
