    I prefer the mountains. Especially is there's a creek!

    Since I have very fair skin, the beach is usually a painful experience!

    BEACH BABY BEACH! I have lived in Florida most of my life except for a few years I was in the Philippines with my parents and my 4 years in the US Army. I spent 6 Months at Lowery AFB in Denver, Co. very beautiful up there. Had many photographic hiking trips in the mountains. A different sort of cold out there because there isn't any humidity compared to here in Florida. I guess if I was retired and .........oh well, can't we put some palm trees in the mountain states?
    Then it would be perfect. If Ca. and Nevada hit the Big One then Co. will be beach front property. LOL

    No body wears clothes on the beach any more and the shape most folks are in ----- lets just say I prefer mountain views. :D

    Prefer to live at the beach. Salt water, nice warm breezes, palm trees, etc. I was in Colorado a few weeks ago. It was beautiful -- my window overlooked Pike's Peak, but still glad to be back home.
