    The incident at Qana is what happens when a war is asymmetric. Hezbollah members are civilians one minute, launching a rocket another minute, and then back home with their wife and kids the next minute.

    It should be noted that any civilians are killed by the Israelis in the process of killing members of Hezbollah. When Hezbollah shoots rockets at Israeli cities their targets are civilians, not military personnel.
