    That speaks more to the intelligence of our folk to see through a scam than it does anything else.

    I don't think so. Actually, the U.S. has rather poor public schools. However, we do still have the highest average number of years of education in the world.

    Who was this poll addressed to, just me? As I remember most of those voting to change were the moderates on the board. Does that tell you anything?
