When I'm in bed, one nostril always plugs up. It depends on which side I'm on as to which nostril plugs up. I breathe all night through just one nostril. For some strange reason it only does that when I lie down. If I could sleep sitting (or standing like a horse ), I might not have that problem. The only "aid" I use is sinus pills that help with breathing because of allergies.

I have a problem sleep apnea. The mask doesn't work correctly because I rarely sleep on my back (one side or the other). The mask was waking me up more than the apnea.

I've lost about 30 lbs since I had the test, as well. I seem to sleep a little better than before.

    peace to you
