Thank you dear friend. So was Thomas Manton an anti-sabbaterian?
So I assume you do not buy the Sunday or Monday edition of the paper, you never buy gas on Sunday
You sound like that no business transaction should take place on Sunday. Even the opponents of Christ tried to trick Christ about healing on Saturday.
So except for going to church, you come straight home, correct? Of course your church is with in a distance of Biblical stand ands from your home ( that would be about one mile)
You follow ALL Blue laws to the extreme - and no I am not joking about this.
No, I never buy gas on Sunday or go out to eat either. Grace and Peace to you!
Do you run electricity or water on Sunday? Use a telephone, or internet service? Because if you do...then someone out there is working to provide those services you have paid for.
Dear Promoter of people working on the Lord's Day, Please explain to us Chapter 22 of our Confession. Thanks!
I've started another thread on the subject of the Lord's Day so that we do not continue to hijack this thread.
It's not my thread, but yes, this thread is being hijacked and common courtesy is to start another thread. We can discuss the new topic there. Therefore, I guess I am "hijacking" your thread? I am sorry. Grace and Peace.

Since you are promoting a chapter in your "Confession" it is clear to see you are not Baptist, since Baptists do not hold to "Confessions or creeds".. that is the MOST UN Baptistic thing you can claim. and have no place in this forum..
Remove yourself.
That is the most ridiculous statement I think I have ever seen on the Baptist Board. It is rather insane, in fact...and completely igorant of Baptist history altogether. Cease and be stupid no more man! lol

You mean I beat out ...
WOW... THANKS!!!:wavey:
lol, ok, you got me. that was more stupid.
BUt seriously, Baptists have really had statements of faith, creeds, et for a long time. Unless you were just kidding.
ok. You are a hard core promoter of folks eating out on the Lord's Day (Sunday). That is fine. Blessing to you!
