After a torrent of negative publicity, the California Court of Appeals has agreed to reconsider its previous, controversial ruling that made most home schooling in the state illegal.

There wasn't any reason for the ruling in the first place. The parents are responsible for their children not the state. They have no right to tell anyone they have to send their children anywhere.

The state does not have the right to make that decision. Parents who are concerned should leave California if the state passing that unAmerican ban on homeschooling.
