The head leadership should be Males, as outlined in the scriptures themselves.

If God doesn't put women in charge of the house or the church why in the world would we do that anywhere else.

Several years ago when I asked:
    Tom Butler replied:
And Tom himself was a Conservative Resurgence candidate for the Kentucky convention presidency some years back!

    "LOIS VIRGINIA REAVES PARKER
Lois Virginia Reaves Parker (July 16, 1913- ) was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended college at Blue Mountain, Baylor, and Mary
Hardin-Baylor. She married Henry Allen Parker on June 1, 1937. They had three children, Walter Allen, Margaret, and John David. Parker
is remembered as a wonderful wife and mother. She also has the distinction of being the only woman to serve as president of the Florida
    Baptist Convention
. In 1974 A. R. Fagan was elected president of the Convention. Fred H. Cooper was elected first vice-president, and
Virginia Parker was elected second vice-president. Fagan was pastor of First Baptist Church in Bradenton, Cooper was director of information
services at Stetson University, and Parker was a pastor s wife and housewife from Orlando. Fagan moved to Nashville and Cooper resigned.
That meant Parker presided at the 1974 Convention in Lakeland. She also delivered the President’s address, entitled, Fellowship of Florida
    Baptists
. She proved to be a most capable, kind, and humble president of the convention."

Do you believe it is wrong for a woman to be placed in a position to teach men in the secular arena (e.g., a female professor teaching a humanities course)?
